This music is a transcription from a score circa 1730. The Keyboard part is of my own interpretation and is not derived from figured bass in the original document. It is really a concerto for three instruments namely Flute Violin and Bassoon and dare I say a concerto for four instruments with the harpsichord/keyboard part. The parts could easily be taken on by other instruments perhaps a string trio with piano or a woodwind trio there is certainly scope for different combinations of instruments. The work comprises of three movements the Largo and the 3rd Allegro are nearly complete although I am still trying to reconcile why there is one less bar for the violin in the last movement. I will have to use some harmonic adjustment to synchronise all the instruments. Good luck to those of you who use it.
